GrandslamKBO Podcast Episode 30 – Korean Series, JeeHo Yoo

“A Doosan series win in 5 to 6 games, all thanks to Ham Deok Ju. But I don’t see a sweep either way.”

That’s how Yonhap News sports writer Jeeho Yoo seems to think the Korean Series will end. Jeeho also highlighted the key players for both teams, their respective strengths and weaknesses, and when the foundations were laid for Doosan’s recent dominance.

The 2017 Korean Series starts on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Games 1 and 2 will be at Gwangju Champions Field in Gwangju, while games 3, 4, and 5 will move up to Jamsil Stadium in Seoul. Games 6 and 7 will be back down in Gwangju Champions Field, if necessary.
